When an item is out of stock in our boot store in Milwaukee and back ordered from the manufacturer, we will immediately notify you, and give the you option to wait, change, or cancel the order.

Orders generally take 2 business days to process, so keep that in mind when ordering. Generally, items take 5-7 days for the items to reach their destination, especially during the holiday season.

Payment is due at the time of the order. We accept credit cards, checks, and money orders. Other forms of payment may be available in the future. Checks must clear before payment items are shipped. A $20 fee is applied to all returned checks.
