Also, the availability of boots can change without notice. So while we update our site regularly, there may be times when a listed boot is no longer available.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the boot industry, all sizes and styles are not available all the time. When an item is out of stock in our boot store in Milwaukee and back ordered from the manufacturer, we will immediately notify you, and give the you option to wait, change, or cancel the order.
Order Processing and Delivery
Orders generally take 2 business days to process, so keep that in mind when ordering. Generally, items take 5-7 days for the items to reach their destination, especially during the holiday season.
Orders are shipped either Parcel Post or UPS Ground. Expedited Shipping is available upon request to the continental United States. Call 414-325-7208 or Contact Us for details.
Payment is due at the time of the order. We accept credit cards, checks, and money orders. Other forms of payment may be available in the future. Checks must clear before payment items are shipped. A $20 fee is applied to all returned checks.
Payment must be in US funds only. Support for other currencies such as the Euro may be available in the future.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of the purchase in the original packaging for a refund. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE PROPER SIZE!
